in the early 1980s, Kookai has been known for its unique personality,
exemplified through its advertising. Focusing initially on ‘spirited and
impertinent’ teenagers in the 1980s, through increasingly shock oriented
campaigns during the 1990s, to its current position.

Whilst focusing its attire on the young, sophisticated women, Kookai
incorporates the brand’s sense of fun and energy with its own
interpretation of emerging trends.

With flagship stores located in Paris, London and Melbourne, Kookai
now has over 125 shops in France and a further 330 shops in over 40
countries around the world. Kookai is increasing its presence within the
Asian markets, in particular Hong Kong.
